Donation Requests

Please Note: Donation requests are reviewed monthly. Two requests are selected on the first Friday of each month from submissions received the previous month. 

Donation Requests

At Oldham Hospitality, giving back to our community matters deeply to us. Through direct donations and our ongoing Sip. Savor. Support. initiative — which provides monthly contributions to selected nonprofit partners — we strive to support organizations making a meaningful difference in our region.

Because we receive a high volume of requests each month, we’ve updated our giving process to help us give more intentionally and make a greater impact when we do.

How Our Donation Process Works

  • All donation requests must be submitted through the online form below. We are unable to accept requests by phone or in person.
  • Requests must be submitted at least 8 weeks before your event or need.
  • On the first Friday of each month, we select two requests from the previous month’s submissions to fulfill.
  • Organizations selected for support will be contacted directly. Due to request volume, we are unable to respond to every submission. If you have not heard from us by the first Friday of the month following your submission, your request was not selected.

Giving Priorities

While we consider many worthy causes, priority is given to:

  • Hyper-local organizations and initiatives serving our immediate communities
  • Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
  • Causes supporting community wellbeing, education, conservation, children, animal welfare, and food insecurity
  • Preservation of the Smokies and Appalachian heritage

School Requests

Due to the volume of school-related requests:

  • We only consider requests from Blount County schools
  • School requests must still be submitted 8 weeks in advance through the form below

Please Note

We generally do not support:

  • Individual fundraisers or personal causes
  • Political organizations or campaigns
  • Advertising or sponsorship solicitations
  • Endowments or scholarships
  • Requests serving a limited audience outside East Tennessee
